Abdul Masood is the Principal of LEXQIST Solicitors & Advocates and has practised as an Advocate in India since 2006, including before the High Court at Calcutta. His practice encompasses commercial, corporate, contractual and dispute-related work, with an increasing focus on cross-border business, technology and international commercial matters.

He is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales. This professional connection complements, but does not replace, his Indian legal practice and supports LEXQIST's role in matters where India forms part of a wider international legal or commercial requirement.

He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, International Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Md. Sajid Hussain is an experienced Advocate and Associate at LEXQIST. His work covers a broad range of legal drafting and case-related preparation, including civil and criminal matters, conveyancing and other documentation required in legal practice.

He brings practical experience to the preparation of pleadings, applications, agreements and other legal documents, as well as to the day-to-day development of matters from their initial preparation through to the appropriate stage of proceedings.

Sayan Roy is an Associate at LEXQIST and an Advocate practising before the High Court at Calcutta. Alongside his legal responsibilities, he has a strong aptitude for technology and plays an important role in the firm's technology-enabled working environment and digital practice operations.

His combination of legal training and technological understanding supports the firm's development as a modern legal practice, particularly in the way legal work, digital systems, information and client-facing platforms are organised and delivered.

Simon Arora is an Associate at LEXQIST and an Advocate engaged in court-facing legal work. His practice includes appearances and litigation-related work before the appropriate lower and trial courts, together with preparation and support for disputes handled by the practice.

His practical experience at court level provides LEXQIST with a strong connection to the day-to-day conduct of litigation and proceedings, complementing the firm's wider commercial and dispute-resolution work.

Souvick Ghosh is associated with LEXQIST in a legal research and documentation capacity. He contributes to research, document preparation, matter organisation and other practice-support functions that assist the development and handling of legal work.

His work supports the wider practice by helping organise information, develop research material and prepare documentation required as matters progress.

Md. Adil Irfan is associated with LEXQIST in a legal research and practice-support capacity. He contributes to legal research, writing, documentation and related work carried out within the practice.

His role supports the preparation and organisation of legal work and contributes to the research and documentation infrastructure behind client matters.
